Project Description Our client is a global provider of financial market data, managing multiple change programs to deliver high-quality software that connects financial markets worldwide through real-time, high-frequency, low-latency data management systems. These projects are technically demanding and operate in a dynamic environment.
The Real-Time division has initiated a Cyber Security Issues Remediation program to address critical security vulnerabilities across its cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The objective is to remediate identified security issues, harden CI/CD pipelines, implement security best practices, and strengthen the overall security posture of the Real-Time platform on AWS. Responsibilities * Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities in AWS infrastructure, applications, and CI/CD pipelines. * Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated and secure software delivery. * Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes. * Manage secrets, privileged access, and artifact repositories. * Implement security, monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery best practices. * Collaborate with engineering and security teams to improve platform reliability and security. * Support cloud migrations and infrastructure hardening initiatives.
Mandatory Skills Description * Strong experience in DevOps engineering (10+ years) * Experience with AWS security services and compliance frameworks * Strong experience containerizing applications using Docker * Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters (preferably Amazon EKS) * Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault and PAM (Privileged Access Management) * Strong experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions * Experience implementing automated build, test, deployment, and release pipelines
Nice-to-Have Skills Description * Hands-on experience in using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) * Familiarity with financial services / clearing / trading platforms
