We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team and work on a FinTech solution focused on fraud prevention in financial transactions.
You will be involved in building the solution from scratch, working with high-load systems, large volumes of data, microservices, and machine learning-related functionality.
Previous experience in Banking / FinTech is a must-have. Responsibilities * Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. * Build new functionality and services from scratch. * Design and implement microservice-based architecture. * Develop and integrate services using Apache Kafka. * Work with high-load systems and large volumes of data. * Contribute to fraud detection and prevention functionality. * Participate in technical and architectural decisions. * Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality. * Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements * 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java development. * Banking / FinTech experience is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of Java, OOP, and design patterns. * Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud. * Hands-on experience with microservices architecture. * Practical experience with Apache Kafka. * Experience developing high-load systems. * Experience working with Big Data / large datasets. * Understanding of machine learning concepts, particularly regression and anomaly detection, is required. * Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests. * Strong understanding of software development best practices and code quality. * Experience with cloud technologies. * Ability to write clear technical documentation. * Good English communication skills.
