What you will do * Manage creator communication across assigned TikTok Shop accounts: respond to messages daily using approved templates, support questions about samples, commissions, challenges, and campaigns, and escalate complex or sensitive cases same day. * Review and moderate sample request queues: approve creators who meet brand requirements, reject or ignore those who don’t, and keep queues cleared daily. * Vet creators and content for brand fit, quality, engagement, GMV potential, compliance, and brand safety — flagging anything questionable rather than guessing. * Run creator outreach and campaign support: send approved outreach messages, support collaboration invites and challenge pushes, track responses, and escalate interested creators. * Monitor assigned accounts daily for open tasks and queue health, keep everything organized and current, and raise blockers or bandwidth concerns proactively.
What we expect from you * Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop is a must (Affiliate / Creator Operations / Seller Center) — not just general SMM or customer support. * Experience in influencer or creator management is a strong plus. * Strong written English. * Attention to detail, solid organization, ability to follow SOPs and process a high volume of repetitive tasks quickly and accurately. * Availability to work US hours, preferably EST (the team is based on the US East Coast).
