Influence Pro Services is launching a portfolio of B2C consumer products in the US and European markets within the health & wellness, money & career, lifestyle, and productivity niches. This is a role focused on launching products from scratch — from initial validation campaigns and finding product-channel fit to scaling channels post-PMF. What you will do * Launch performance campaigns from scratch for the US and European markets: Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads — from the first dollar spent to scaled budgets. * Build and defend product unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, ROAS across various horizons, and contribution margin. * Set up the attribution stack: MMP, SKAdNetwork / AEM conversion value mapping, Conversions API, and server-side tracking. * Design and run experiments: creative testing, paywall A/B tests, onboarding variations, pricing tests, and geo-experiments. * Work on paywall optimization and monetization: structure, introductory offers, trial mechanics, and win-back campaigns. * Manage creative production: briefs for designers and creative testing frameworks. * Build an ASO strategy for mobile products: keyword research, metadata, visual ASO, and mapping Custom Product Pages (CPP) to paid creatives. * Work with the retention/lifecycle layer: email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. * Participate in building the unit’s growth team alongside the CCO as the business scales.
What we expect * 3+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing. * 1+ years of experience working with B2C products. * Experience with subscription-based mobile/web products in Tier 1 markets. * Deep understanding of unit economics: blended vs. paid CAC, predicted LTV, payback, D7/D30/D90 ROAS, and contribution margin net of refunds and chargebacks. * Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads — proficiency in independently launching and scaling at least 3 out of these 4 channels. * Analytical skills: experience with Amplitude / Mixpanel. * Experience in A/B testing with a solid understanding of statistical significance, sample size, and holdout groups. * English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher. * Ownership mindset: taking full responsibility for the ROAS and payback of your unit.
Nice to have * Experience launching B2C products in the US market from scratch or at an early stage. * Experience in 0-to-1 launches or a startup environment. * ASO expertise (AppTweak / Sensor Tower / Data.ai). * Experience with influencer / UGC paid amplification and whitelisting campaigns. * SEO experience for web funnels. * Experience mentoring or participating in hiring for a growth team.
