The Fourth Law / TFL / Четвертий Закон is an autonomous robotics company focused on solving massively scalable autonomy for defensive FPV drones. The company has offices in the US, EU and Ukraine and is on a mission to increase the defensive capabilities of the Free World. Its name is a reference to Isaac Asimov’s three laws of robotics, and the search for an enigmatic Fourth Law.
Mission: Own the end-to-end product experience for “operator-facing” systems—everything required to reliably use and support the product in real-world conditions. Responsibilities * Conduct deep discovery with operators, trainers, maintainers, and operational leadership to understand workflows, constraints, and failure modes. * Define product strategy for frontline usability and reliability: setup, configuration, updates, diagnostics, supportability, training materials, and feedback loops. * Own the roadmap for operator UX and system lifecycle: onboarding, configuration, telemetry, troubleshooting, release notes, and change management. * Translate field needs into detailed specs: UX flows, device/edge constraints, connectivity assumptions, safety/guardrails, and operational analytics. * Coordinate execution across autonomy, embedded/software, hardware, QA, and support; ensure releases are deployable and maintainable. * Build a continuous improvement loop: field feedback → triage → prioritization → release → measurement. * Define and track success metrics (reliability, time-to-setup, mean-time-to-recover, operator satisfaction, support ticket reduction).
Requirements * 3–5+ years PM experience shipping products used in harsh environments or time-critical workflows (robotics, industrial, hardware-enabled software, etc.). * Strong user research skills; can run interviews and convert insights into actionable requirements. * Excellent execution and project leadership across multiple stakeholders. * Ability to write clear specs that engineering and QA can test against. * Fluent in Ukrainian, English B2+.
Nice to have * Experience with edge devices, connectivity-challenged environments, OTA updates, telemetry/observability. * Familiarity with military or dual-use product constraints (security, access control, documentation rigor).
