The Fourth Law / TFL / Четвертий Закон is an autonomous robotics company focused on solving massively scalable autonomy for defensive FPV drones. The company has offices in the US, EU and Ukraine and is on a mission to increase the defensive capabilities of the Free World. Its name is a reference to Isaac Asimov’s three laws of robotics, and the search for an enigmatic Fourth Law.
Mission: Own products focused on countering aerial threats—balancing speed, detection/tracking performance, and end-to-end system integration. Responsibilities * Own discovery with customers and partners to define system requirements, integration boundaries, and operational constraints (latency, detection fidelity, interoperability). * Define product vision and roadmap across multiple tracks (e.g., sensing → tracking → decision loop, integration tooling, deployment and maintenance workflows). * Prioritize requirements and write detailed specs that connect hardware, software, and operations (interfaces, performance targets, test protocols). * Drive cross-functional execution with autonomy/ML, systems engineering, hardware, QA, and field test teams. * Define evaluation methodology and KPIs (time-to-detect, track stability, end-to-end latency, reliability, false-positive/false-negative tolerances—where applicable). * Own partner integration: APIs/telemetry contracts, documentation, version compatibility, rollout plans. * Post-launch: run incident reviews, improve robustness, and harden the product against real-world edge cases.
Requirements * 3–5+ years PM experience with complex systems (robotics, aerospace, security/defense tech, industrial IoT, real-time platforms). * Strong systems thinking: comfortable with performance budgets, integration boundaries, and test plans. * Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and vendors/partners to deliver a cohesive product. * Great written communication: specs, requirements, release criteria. * Fluent in Ukrainian, English B2+.
Nice to have * Experience with real-time perception systems, sensor fusion, tracking, or safety-critical validation. * Exposure to compliance, security constraints, and restricted-data processes.
