We are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our team and take ownership of designing and improving digital products, including a Driver App, SaaS platforms, and web experiences. Responsibilities * Design and continuously improve the Driver App and SaaS systems, from concept to final UI. * Work with existing design systems, templates, and guidelines, adapting and modernizing them in line with business strategy and product needs. * Independently gather and clarify requirements from business stakeholders, translate them into clear and effective design solutions, and confidently present and defend design decisions. * Create scalable interfaces with future functionality and product growth in mind. * Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, business stakeholders, and other departments to identify and implement appropriate design solutions. * Design and redesign websites, ensuring usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and a consistent visual experience. * Create promotional materials, presentations, and other visual assets when required. * Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the company’s design system.
Requirements * Strong proficiency in Figma, including Variables, Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, and advanced design workflows. * Hands-on experience developing and maintaining design systems. * Deep understanding of UX patterns, user behavior, visual perception, and standard UX/UI design processes. * Strong sense of color, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy. * Experience and genuine interest in Figma automation and AI-powered design tools. * Ability to take end-to-end ownership of design tasks, from understanding a problem to delivering and supporting the final solution. * Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work. * Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced environments and under pressure. * Strong communication and timemanagement skills. * A current portfolio is required. Links to Figma projects and case studies will be a strong plus.
Nice to Have * Background in designing mobile applications for iOS/Android. * Experience designing SaaS platforms and complex B2B products. * Experience working closely with developers and understanding technical constraints. * Experience using AI tools to accelerate and automate design workflows.
