Stack of the project * Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) * Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence * Notion * Strong understanding of SDLC * AI productivity tools: Claude, Codex, AI notetakers, ChatGPT, and similar tools
Responsibilities * Manage multiple software development teams and projects simultaneously * Own project planning, roadmaps, timelines, and delivery * Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders * Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery * Identify risks, communicate project updates, and proactively resolve blockers * Drive delivery processes and continuously improve team efficiency * Promote effective usage of AI tools to increase engineering and project productivity
Requirements * 5+ years of Project Management experience in software development * Solid experience working in startup or product-oriented environments * Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies * Experience managing multiple teams and parallel projects * Good understanding of AI tools and their practical application in software development * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Upper-Intermediate or higher English level * Technical background or previous engineering experience is a strong plus
