Fit4Me is looking for a Creative Marketing Producer who will own creative win-rate and drive impact on CPA and revenue through a systematic performance strategy.
This role is for a producer with a business mindset — someone who takes full ownership of win-rate, CPA, and revenue. The focus: hypotheses with high potential impact, speed of testing, and scaling winning concepts.

This role is a great fit if you: * Want to own business results in hard numbers. * Think in terms of impact, LTV, and unit economics. * Prioritize hypotheses by potential impact. * Build a systematic testing process. * Work in close partnership with UA. * Use AI to speed up production and testing.
Impact Areas: * Shape the performance-creative strategy (Meta / TikTok / Google). * Build a systematic creative testing framework. * Launch and scale winning concepts. * Drive CPA and revenue impact through new creative approaches. * Accelerate speed-to-test through AI and automation. * Partner closely with UA to drive data-driven decisions.
What we expect from you: * 2+ years of experience as a Creative Marketing Producer. * Deep understanding of metrics: CTR, Hook rate, Hold rate, CPA, CR, LTV. * Experience scaling on Meta / TikTok. * Systems thinking (builds process, not chaos). * A hypothesis-first approach. * Hands-on use of AI in production. * Ownership of business outcomes.
Nice to have: * Experience with a subscription-based model. * Experience scaling budgets. * Building creative pipelines with automation. * Experience partnering with UA / Growth teams.
