As a Middle/Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles across marketing, tech, and operations. You will partner directly with hiring managers and department leads to ensure fast and high-quality hiring processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of digital/tech talent markets, and can influence stakeholders while providing a best-in-class candidate experience. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full recruitment cycle: from intake meeting with hiring managers to offer acceptance. * Build strong pipelines for roles across Marketing, Tech and Operations. * Partner with leadership to define hiring priorities and workforce planning in Warsaw & across Europe. * Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events. * Own interview processes in PeopleForce (ATS), ensuring smooth candidate tracking and reporting. * Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recommendations to hiring managers. * Contribute to employer branding activities (job ads, social media posts, recruitment campaigns). * Mentor junior recruiters/recruitment interns when needed.
✅ Requirements * 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in tech / digital marketing industries. * Strong sourcing and headhunting skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, networking). * Proven track record of hiring for senior/complex roles in international markets. * Good communication in English B2+; * Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and deliver results under deadlines. * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
