Pecode is a software development company specializing in high-quality Mobile/Web development and UI/UX Design. We are growing and looking for a proactive Sales Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a Closer — someone who enjoys negotiations and signing contracts rather than spending all day on cold prospecting. Our Lead Gen team will support you with opportunities, so your main focus will be converting them into clients.
What you will do: * Work with warm leads: Process incoming inquiries provided by our Lead Gen team, gather requirements via chat or intro call. * Drive the sales cycle: Conduct discovery calls, present our services, and negotiate terms (outsource/outstaff). * Close deals: Move potential clients from the “Introduction” stage to the “Signed Contract” stage. * Create and present proposals: Trigger estimation process inside the company, prepare estimates and commercial offers based on information from our technical and design teams, and present them to the client. * Manage Upwork: Communicate with warm leads on the platform and manage assigned tech specialists’ profiles (update information, portfolios, etc.), manage offers/contracts. * Work with current clients: lead new requests, gather feedback from assigned clients. * Work with other sales channels besides Upwork (inbound and outbound leads).
What we are looking for: * 1+ year of experience in Sales within the IT outsourcing/outstaffing domain. * Have relevant experience in closing deals. * Understanding of Software Development (Web/Mobile) and Design (UI/UX) processes. * English level: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced. You act naturally on calls and can explain complex things in simple words. * Result-oriented mindset: You care about the final result (money in the bank), not just the process. * Excellent soft skills: active listening and the ability to ask the right questions.
Will be a plus: * Experience with Upwork mechanics. * Experience with other channels (LinkedIn, Email Outreach).
