Your Responsibilities & Opportunities * Generate Leads, Don’t Just Find Them: Identify promising projects on Upwork, analyze client needs, and craft irresistible proposals. * Manage Deals from A to Z: Take full ownership of the sales cycle: from the first contact and presentations to the successful closing of the deal. * Stay Aligned with the Team: Closely cooperate with our CEO and technical specialists for accurate project estimation and the preparation of the best solutions. * Build Long-Term Relationships: Maintain communication with clients, find new opportunities for upsales, and build partnerships for years to come.
We Are Looking for a Candidate Who: * Has proven experience in successful sales on Upwork. This is our main requirement. We need a specialist who knows how to turn a proposal into revenue. * Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT (consulting, outsourcing, SaaS). * Is Advanced/Fluent in English to communicate confidently with clients from the USA and Europe. * Is Self-Organized and Proactive. You will be given complete freedom, so the ability to manage your time is critical.
