We’re working with a major US freight company that’s rebuilding their payment infrastructure. As part of their tech transformation, they need a Senior Product Manager to own fintech strategy and delivery. What you’ll do: Own the payments product end-to-end — discovery, roadmap, execution. Work with business stakeholders and engineering teams to ship features that handle large-scale financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: * Define and evolve product strategy within fintech / payments / financial flows domain. * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams. * Translate business goals into clear product requirements, roadmap, and backlog. * Make product decisions based on data (KPIs, metrics, FUM, adoption, retention). * Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams. * Balance speed of delivery with quality in a large-scale platform. * Drive launches of new features and continuous improvement of existing ones.
Qualifications: * 7+ years in product management with proven fintech experience: you’ve built payments, banking infrastructure, or embedded finance products. * Experience in backend system design, workflows, APIs, data models, or similar technical domains. * Mastery of requirement engineering: you know how to break down complexity and make it actionable. * Ability to lead delivery: driving the sprint process, aligning scope, and ensuring follow-through. * Analytical mindset: you rely on data to guide decisions and validate impact. * Outstanding communication and facilitation skills — clear, structured, and confident across all levels. * Fluent in English.
Nice to have: * Experience in logistics, supply chain, or marketplace products. * Experience with complex integrations and data-heavy systems. * Background working with enterprise clients or Fortune 500 companies.
