About Fintech Farm We are a UK fintech creating successful neobanks in emerging markets in partnerships with local traditional banks. Our success builds upon a best-in-class product, customer experience, emotional engagement, viral marketing and deep credit decisioning expertise. One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi million customer base. We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction. Your role & responsibilities * Design intuitive, user-centric mobile and web experiences for digital banking products * Create and evolve UI solutions for new features while maintaining and improving existing ones * Contribute to and scale design systems in close collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams * Participate in the full design cycle: from concept and exploration to final delivery and iteration * Advocate for high design quality and exceptional user experience across products
What we’re looking for * 3+ years of experience designing mobile applications * Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise * Solid knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines * Experience designing web interfaces * Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems * Deep understanding of Figma (variables, variants, auto layouts) * Strong attention to detail and a great visual taste ✨ * Ability to explore and propose multiple solutions to a single problem * Confident in presenting, explaining, and defending design decisions * Comfortable working both independently and within a team * Experience collaborating closely with business, development, and design teams * Basic English for communication with international markets
