We are currently looking for a Lead Product Designer to join their team and help drive an innovative product in the AI Social Discovery space. Their team is building next-generation AI Companions — MyAnima and GetHoney.
This role is a mix of hands-on product design, strategic thinking, and leadership. You will shape user experience end-to-end, influence product decisions, and help scale design practices in a fast-growing AI environment. What you’ll do: * Own end-to-end product design for an AI Social Discovery product (web & mobile). * Define and evolve UX/UI vision aligned with product strategy and brand. * Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. * Improve existing solutions using analytics, user feedback, and A/B test results. * Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to turn ideas into shipped features. * Drive design decisions based on business goals, user needs, and data. * Conduct UX research, usability testing, and competitive analysis. * Mentor designers (or prepare the ground for scaling the design team). * Mentor and support designers, helping them grow professionally and improve design quality. * Participate in hiring and onboarding new designers (interviews, portfolio reviews, feedback). * Set design standards, processes, and best practices for the team. * Act as a design leader and advocate in roadmap planning and product discussions.
What we are looking for: * 4+ years of experience in product design, including ownership of complex digital products. * Experience in a Lead / Senior role with mentoring or team ownership. * Strong hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory); Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. * Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design. * Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear, scalable design solutions. * Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product managers. * Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive structured feedback. * Product mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just visuals.
Nice to have: * Experience building or scaling design teams. * Hands-on experience with design systems at scale. * Experience working with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA, Hotjar, Mixpanel). * Background in AI-driven, growth-focused, or experimental products. * Experience in high-velocity startup or scale-up environments.
