We are looking for an Operations Director/Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of operational processes, managing resources, and maintaining high operational efficiency across the company.

Responsibilities:
Analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Create conditions for effective collaboration between company departments
Monitor, develop, and implement technological and administrative solutions to improve performance
Plan and ensure the effective achievement of business goals
Develop internal regulatory documentation governing company operations
Participate in the development of the company’s overall strategy
Control and enhance business processes (optimization, automation)
Candidate requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar operations management role
Hands-on experience in building and optimizing internal processes
Understanding of legal, financial, and administrative aspects of running a business as a whole
Practical experience in business process automation using technical solutions
Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills, with the ability for strategic planning
Experience in team management, delegation, and performance control
