TrackEnsure is a product-based IT company. We develop modern software for logistics companies in Canada and the USA. Our web and mobile applications help thousands of drivers efficiently manage the transportation process: track routes, read data from onboard computers, and generate detailed trip reports.
What you will do: * Providing telephone support to company customers on issues related to the mobile application and system (which helps organize and record their working hours in accordance with established rules). * Consulting customers via email, analyzing requests, providing detailed instructions on how to use the application and system functions, and resolving individual situations. * Working with the company’s internal systems to verify customer account information, analyze user actions in the application, and provide recommendations for correct record keeping. * Work schedule: 4 days a week, from 23:30 — 7:30 or 2 days — 23:30 — 7:30, 2 days — 6:30 −15:00
