We’re looking for a Middle Sales Manager to join our sales team and help turn qualified leads into long-term clients. Your focus will be on qualifying leads, running sales conversations, closing deals, and building strong client relationships.
What We’re Looking For: * 3+ years of experience in IT sales, outsourcing, outstaffing, or B2B services. * Confidence in running sales calls and negotiations independently. * Strong communication skills and Upper-Intermediate+ English level. * Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset. * Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRM systems. * Analytical mindset with the ability to translate client needs into effective solutions. * Self-driven personality with strong ownership and accountability. * Availability for occasional international business travel.
What You’ll Do: * Work with Marketing to refine ICPs and improve lead quality. * Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls and needs analysis. * Identify client pain points, decision-makers, and deal potential. * Drive qualified leads through the pipeline with tailored outstaffing solutions. * Prepare proposals, handle objections, and coordinate technical interviews when needed. * Negotiate terms, rates, and engagement models to close profitable deals. * Maintain CRM accuracy, build long-term client relationships, and identify upsell opportunities.
