About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and responsible recruiter who can manage the full recruitment cycle and find candidates for various roles, including technical and creative positions. If you’re proactive and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
— Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles
— Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
— Develop aligned hiring strategies and deliver high-quality candidates
— Source candidates through a variety of channels: LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, talent pools, and creative outreach campaigns
— Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines, especially for technical, product, and creative roles
— Coordinate and conduct candidate screenings, assess hard and soft skills, and support a smooth interview process
— Keep hiring pipelines organized and up to date in our ATS
— Collaborate with the team to improve sourcing strategies, hiring processes, and candidate experience
— Track basic recruiting metrics to help improve hiring speed and quality
What We’re Looking For
— 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting (in-house or agency), preferably in product companies — Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing techniques — Confident conducting interviews in English; intermediate level or higher — Strong communication and organizational skills
— Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working toward clear goals — Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
— Experience and strong understanding of working with marketing roles, including Creative Marketers, User Acquisition Managers, Motion Designers, and other related positions.
