What You’ll Do * Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles * Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs * Source candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms * Coordinate and conduct candidate screenings and support a smooth interview process * Keep hiring pipelines organized and updated in our ATS * Collaborate with the team to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For * 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition * Comfortable conducting interviews in English * Solid sourcing skills and curiosity to explore new tools and channels * Strong communication and organization skills * Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
