Dinarys is an ecommerce development company helping retailers and brands across DACH, the UK, and the US build, scale, and optimize their digital commerce solutions. We specialize in custom ecommerce development, architecture consulting, integrations, and long-term technology partnerships.
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager to build scalable outbound demand generation processes focused on startups. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys experimenting, building systems, and creating meaningful engagement that turns cold prospects into warm sales opportunities.
You won’t simply generate lists—you’ll design repeatable outreach programs, validate new growth hypotheses, and continuously optimize engagement across multiple channels. Responsibilities * Build and maintain a segmented database of startup companies and decision-makers within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). * Design, launch, and optimize personalized outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels. * Generate qualified engagement through outreach campaigns, lifecycle sequences, webinars, conferences, LinkedIn interactions, and community engagement. * Build and maintain relationships with contacts from events, partner networks, and professional communities. * Create repeatable workflows for webinar and event outreach, from audience research and invitations to post-event follow-up and lead nurturing. * Ensure CRM data quality through enrichment, segmentation, tagging, deduplication, and accurate engagement tracking. * Hand over engaged prospects to the SDR team with clear context, conversation history, and recommended next steps. * Launch new outreach experiments, test messaging, channels, and campaign formats, measure results, and document learnings. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create supporting materials for outbound campaigns. * Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize engagement, deliverability, and conversion rates.
Requirements * 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or a similar outbound marketing role. * Experience building outbound campaigns and engagement strategies from scratch. * Strong understanding of audience research, segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization. * Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email outreach automation. * Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive is a plus). * Experience using prospecting and enrichment tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn automation platforms such as Expandi, and AI tools such as ChatGPT for research and personalization. * Ability to build structured, scalable workflows using the tools that best fit the task. * Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking outreach metrics, engagement rates, deliverability, and campaign performance. * Interest in working with startup companies and understanding their business challenges. * Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Nice to Have * Experience supporting webinar and event-driven lead generation campaigns. * Familiarity with retail, ecommerce, or digital commerce. * Experience marketing or selling custom software development services. * Experience working with startup ecosystems, accelerators, or founder communities.
