At the core of our payments onboarding workflow, the Boarding Team ensures that every PSP/APM onboarding, document package, and compliance touchpoint moves through the pipeline accurately, smoothly, and without delays.This function acts as the operational backbone that connects internal teams, partners, and regulatory processes — keeping payment integrations and provider onboarding predictable and well-structured.
As a Boarding Manager, you’ll be responsible for collecting, completing, and structuring documentation required for payment provider onboarding. You will support the end-to-end onboarding flow, ensure data correctness, maintain clear communication threads, and help streamline the operational processes behind payment expansion.This is an excellent starting role for candidates from support, operations, account management, or fintech/iGaming environments looking to grow into Payments, Compliance, or BizDev in the future.
Your tasks:
Documentation & Data Handling * Collect required documents from partners and internal teams. * Complete onboarding forms accurately (numbers, text fields, checklists). * Review documents for correctness and consistency before submission. * Prepare structured onboarding packages for payment providers or compliance teams.
Onboarding Workflow Execution * Follow a clear onboarding flow, ensuring each step is completed and logged. * Submit completed packages to designated platforms or partners and track approvals. * Request missing files, clarifications, or updates when needed. * Maintain visibility over onboarding stages and ensure timely progression.
Operational Coordination * Communicate with internal teams (Payments, BizDev, Legal, Compliance) to collect inputs. * Ensure all required data is gathered before handoff to the next step. * Escalate blockers or inconsistencies to senior team members. * Keep organized internal records of documents, submissions, and communication threads. *
Our Criteria: * Experience in support, operations, back-office, account management or documentation-heavy roles. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows. * Basic understanding of payment flows or fintech terminology (preferred but not required). * Clear and calm written communication style. * Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistent quality. * English: Intermediate+ (able to read documents and write simple messages). *
