Requirements: * Fluency in English — C1, both written and spoken, * Understanding of web development or design principles * Be curious, proactive, and open to feedback * The ability to identify clients’ needs and transform them into tasks * Proficiency in concise and impactful presentations
Personality: * Positive team player — good relationships are essential * Proactive, purposeful, initiative * Emotional intelligence and empathy towards clients * Self-organized, reliable and results-oriented
Responsibilities: * Assist the sales team with preparing proposals and commercial offers * Help with client communication: follow-up emails, messages, and basic coordination * Support CRM management: updating client data, notes after calls, tracking statuses * Shadow sales calls with senior team members to learn client communication and negotiation flow * Prepare basic sales-related documents and presentations * Help with researching potential clients and markets * Gradually start participating in calls and negotiations under mentor guidance
The Offer: * Base salary + KPI. Once you start closing deals — commission: 5-10% * Schedule Mo-Fr 10-18 * The Volume of 1 project: $50K+ * Budget allocated for necessary platforms and services * Minimal hierarchy in the work environment * Paid vacations: 24 days per year * Paid sick leaves 2 weeks and holidays 12 days
