What You’ll Do: * Lead full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and engaging candidates to making offers and closing positions. * Partner with hiring managers: define roles, align expectations, and support decision-making. * Build strong relationships: earn trust from candidates, hiring managers, and the internal team. * Leverage multiple sourcing channels: job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies. * Maintain an organized candidate pipeline: keep track of interactions and ensure a smooth recruitment process. * Stay ahead of industry trends: monitor the job market, talent movement, and emerging hiring strategies. * Prepare and deliver recruitment updates: monitor progress and communicate key milestones.
What We’re Looking For: * IT recruitment background: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruiting with ownership of roles end to end. * Hiring process expertise: confident understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process and practical use of modern hiring tools. * Sourcing proficiency: proven ability to run direct search, engage passive candidates, and conduct structured market research. * Communication & people skills: strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively. * Detail-oriented & results-driven: well-organized, proactive, and focused on delivering hiring outcomes. * Upper-Intermediate English: comfortable communicating with international candidates.
