What we’re looking for * At least 1 year of hands-on recruiting experience. You know how to spot real potential, not just keywords on a resume. * Confidence using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, and beyond. * Curiosity and persistence — you love the chase, and you know how to attract the right people through smart outreach. * Strong organization and communication skills. You keep things moving, clearly and thoughtfully. * A genuine interest in people. You listen, you notice, you care.
What you’ll be doing * Proactively search for candidates who fit both the role and our culture. * Review profiles and applications, conduct meaningful first conversations, and guide candidates through the process with care. * Build real connections — you’ll be the first person candidates meet, and the one who sets the tone for what our company feels like. * Keep our recruitment process organized, transparent, and human-centered. * Create an experience where every candidate — whether hired or not — walks away with a positive impression of who we are.
