Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech startup revolutionizing how businesses manage their cloud and software subscriptions. As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition team in building strong, diverse candidate pipelines across multiple regions.
This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is excited to learn sourcing best practices, work closely with experienced recruiters, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you’ll do:
Proactively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming roles
Conduct market and profile research to identify relevant talent pools
Reach out to candidates with personalized messages and manage follow-ups
Perform initial CV screening against defined role requirements
Support recruiters with shortlists and candidate insights
Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the ATS
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve sourcing strategies and processes
Must-have:
0–2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or HR (internship or junior role)
Strong interest in recruitment and talent research
Good written and verbal English skills (B2+ level)
Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented way
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
