Requirements: * 3+ years of business development experience in the FinTech, preferably in psp. * Excellent communication in English (B2 and higher) — is a must. * Deep understanding of online payments. * Ability for travels to developing countries. * Adaptability, flexibility, and readiness to work in fast-paced environment. * Understanding of KYB, compliance, corporate structuring.
Responsibilities: * Conduct market research on payment methods specific to targeted industries and regions. * Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with payment providers, acquirers, and alternative payment methods. * Analyze and negotiate commercial terms to optimize cost-effectiveness and service quality. * Oversee technical integrations in collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of partners. * Manage relationships with existing partners, providing ongoing support and performance reviews. * Attending events,conferences. * Hire local consultants, contractors, and agencies.
