Job Description.
We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced Link Builder to boost our SEO initiatives and attract new active users from organic search, AI-driven and social channels. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our presence in MarTech sites & communities like Reddit, Quora, WordPress, Shopify, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and others. The candidate should be capable of quickly understanding our product, target audience, and their needs and motivations.
Key Responsibilities. * Deliver 30–60 live links/month (guest posts, link insertions, resource pages, partnerships). * Own end-to-end outreach: prospect, vet contacts, personalize emails, follow-ups, negotiate terms. * Qualify domains (topic fit, traffic/geo, authority, spam signals, indexation). * Align target URLs and anchor plan with the SEO lead; prepare briefs for content/design when needed. * Build and maintain relationships with webmasters/partners; grow a vetted publisher list. * Perform QA on every placement: relevance, correct anchor/URL, proper link attribute, placement quality, indexation. * Monitor and fix issues (edits, replacements, removals); handle refunds where applicable. * Maintain accurate CRM/tracker data (funnel stages, costs, DR, geo mix) and report weekly/monthly KPIs (reply rate, placement rate, CPL). * Improve process via A/B tests of subjects/templates/cadences; light automation (Ahrefs, GSC, Hunter/Snov, Sheets/CRM). * Collaborate with SEO, content, and finance teams; mentor juniors when required.
Requirements. * 1–3 years of hands-on link building with consistent output. * Fluent written English (B2+) for personalized outreach. * Confident with guest posts, link insertions, resource pages; basic digital PR is a plus. * Basic understanding of LLM optimization. * Proficient in Ahrefs and Google Search Console; email-finding/outreach tools (Hunter/Snov, etc.). * Strong domain vetting: relevance, traffic/geo, authority (DR), spam signals, indexation. * Understanding of anchor strategy and on-page basics; able to prepare clear content briefs. * Solid CRM/Sheets skills; track costs and KPIs accurately. * Clean, persuasive email copywriting and follow-up discipline. * Analytical mindset: able to A/B test subjects/templates/cadences; interpret reply/placement/indexation metrics. * Excellent time management and ownership; can run multiple campaigns in parallel. * Strong work ethic, reliable and proactive. * Ability to work efficiently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. * Highly responsive and detail-oriented.
Will be Beneficial. * 1+ years of experience in a product company. * Experience mentoring juniors. * Basic HTML/CMS posting skills. * Proficiency with Google Sheets formulas.
