SimplyBook.me is recognized as one of the leading booking systems worldwide. We are currently seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team either in Lviv, nearby regions, in Limassol, Cyprus, or in various EU countries.
Requirements: * Prior experience in customer support is essential, including roles like account management or logistics that involve direct client interaction. * Reside in Lviv, the western part of Ukraine, Limassol, Cyprus, or other EU countries. * Proficiency in written German AND English at an upper-intermediate level. * Strong communication skills. * Familiarity with basic client communication ethics.
Work Schedule: * Weekdays: 8-hour shifts focusing on chat and email support approximately from 10:00 till 18:00.
Additional Advantages: * A technical mindset with basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS. * Fluency in other languages, particularly European ones.
Responsibilities: * Promptly address customer queries via email or chat (no phone support). * Recognize customer needs, offer assistance, and provide analysis reports, including identifying product issues. * Share feature requests and solutions with team members. * Update customers on new product features and functionalities. * Follow up with customers when needed to ensure their needs are met and any technical problems are resolved.
