We are looking for a Lead Generator to actively attract new clients and partners, develop partnership relations, and automate lead generation processes through LinkedIn and email channels.
Key Responsibilities: * Actively generate high-quality sales leads via LinkedIn and email channels. * Develop and nurture partnership relationships with potential and existing partners. * Set up and automate lead generation processes through LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, InMail, auto-sequences) and email marketing (audience targeting, segmentation, newsletters). * Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation channels, providing regular reports to management. * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize conversion rates and improve lead quality. * Conduct calls, SMS, and video calls with potential clients and partners.
Requirements: * English proficiency: B2-C1 and above for communication with native speakers (potential customers). * At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or partner management. * Experience in B2B sales. * Practical experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (PipeDrive, SalesForce, etc.), and automation tools (e.g., Brevo, Active Campaign, Expandi, Snov, Zapier, Lemlist, PhantomBuster). * Basic HTML knowledge for email creation. * Experience with email marketing: segmentation, email sequences, analytics. * Ability to work with large databases, result analysis, and process optimization. * Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to convert cold and warm leads into sales. * Self-motivated, responsible, results-oriented. * Willingness to work in a team, quickly learn, and implement new tools.
