We’re DRCT, a travel tech product company making airline ticket distribution simpler, more flexible, and more cost-effective.
We do this through modern technology and innovative solutions, from the aviation industry’s NDC standard to broader global technology trends.
Since 2016, we’ve grown from a Ukrainian startup into an international company. We’re now expanding into new markets, including Poland, the Baltics, and Saudi Arabia. That means plenty of work ahead and exciting new challenges.
We’re growing our team and looking for a Product Specialist who enjoys tackling complex problems, getting to the heart of an issue, and turning ideas into practical solutions.
What we’re looking for * 2–5 years of experience in product management or a related field involving product or business development. * Your industry background doesn’t matter. We focus on skills, not previous domains. * A customer development mindset and the ability to explore users’ needs and motivations in depth. * The ability to form hypotheses and develop solutions based on research insights. * Initiative and independence: you’re ready to take ownership of the process, with support from your team and manager. * Flexibility: you can adapt to the company’s internal processes and use them effectively to achieve results. * Analytical thinking: you can spot patterns, think systematically, draw conclusions, and work with data and metrics. * A willingness to learn and an interest in aviation: you’re keen to understand the industry and pick up new information quickly. * English at B2 level or above is a must, as you’ll work with an international audience.
What you’ll do * Get to know the aviation industry. We’ll teach you the specifics and show you how things work from the inside. * Lead the product cycle from identifying an opportunity to bringing a solution to life. You won’t manage development or technical resources; your focus will be on users, product value, and strategy. * Explore users’ real problems and find effective solutions. * Talk to our clients and potential users. * Work with the Sales and Support teams to gather insights and turn them into solutions. * Collaborate with designers and developers to define tasks and hand them over for implementation. * Form hypotheses for improving the product and shape the vision for new features. * Track metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement solutions to improve results. * Communicate new solutions to users and find creative ways to encourage adoption.
What we offer * Remote-friendly work, with the option to work from our Kyiv or Warsaw office whenever you prefer. * 24 days of paid leave, paid public holidays, and 7 paid sick days per year. * Quarterly performance bonuses based on your contribution to the company’s development, in addition to your regular compensation. * Apple equipment provided when needed after the probation period. * Learning & development support, including company-funded courses and certifications. * Annual performance reviews with a personal development plan. * Mental wellbeing support, covered by the company. * Annual corporate events and team-building activities.
