We’re looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to build, launch, and optimize web funnels for a new R&D project. This is a zero-to-one role focused on growth, monetization, and experimentation. As one of the first specialists on the project, you’ll collaborate directly with UA and Creative specialists to validate product and marketing hypotheses, launch an MVP, and identify scalable growth opportunities. We’re especially interested in someone who wants to expand beyond Product Marketing and gradually take on Product Owner responsibilities, helping shape both the marketing and product direction.
What You’ll Do * Own the creation and optimization of web funnels across all traffic sources (Meta, Google, etc.). * Run A/B tests to improve ARPU, CVR, LTV, and overall funnel performance. * Launch and validate new funnels, audiences, offers, and sales angles from scratch. * Build and prioritize a backlog of product and growth hypotheses. * Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to generate new product and growth insights. * Align the product experience with marketing promises and user expectations. * Work closely with UA and Creative specialists to connect ads, messaging, funnels, and offers. * Define requirements, prioritize tasks, and drive execution from idea to launch. * Help define the MVP scope and contribute to the future product roadmap. * Build scalable and documented processes for launching and testing new funnels. * Work with localized funnels as the project scales.
What We’re Looking For * 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Monetization, or a similar role in B2C products. * Strong understanding of web funnel metrics and subscription economics. * Experience launching new products, funnels, or sales angles from scratch. * Experience running A/B tests and measuring their impact. * A data-driven mindset and strong analytical thinking. * Experience working with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, or similar. * Experience working with paid traffic products. * Ability to define hypotheses, prioritize experiments, and turn results into decisions. * Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design and development specialists. * Strong ownership and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment with a high level of uncertainty. * Interest in gradually taking on Product Owner responsibilities and influencing the product roadmap.
Bonus Points * Experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager. * Experience launching MVPs or working on zero-to-one projects. * Experience working with web funnel builders.
