SOLA.live is an international fintech company providing payment infrastructure for digital businesses across Europe. We work with merchants, payment service providers, banking partners, and various payment solutions, ensuring stable and efficient financial operations.
We are currently looking for a Finance Reconciliation Manager to take ownership of transaction and settlement reconciliation, investigate financial discrepancies, and manage operational financial communication with merchants and payment partners. Responsibilities * Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions and settlements across merchants, PSPs, banking partners, and internal systems. * Ensure the accuracy of settlements, commissions, payouts, balances, and reconciliation reports. * Identify and investigate discrepancies, determine their root causes, and ensure they are resolved. * Coordinate with PSPs, banks, merchants, and internal teams to resolve financial inconsistencies. * Own communication with merchants regarding reconciliation, settlements, financial operations, and payment-related inquiries. * Support post-onboarding financial operations and ensure smooth day-to-day payment processes. * Continuously improve reconciliation workflows and contribute to the automation and optimization of operational financial processes.
Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in reconciliation and financial operations, who is comfortable working with transactional data and has strong attention to detail.
You should be able to go beyond simply identifying a discrepancy — understand where it comes from, coordinate with the relevant parties, and drive the issue through to resolution.
The role requires regular communication with merchants, PSPs, banks, and internal teams, so strong communication skills, ownership, and a structured approach to work are essential.
Experience in fintech, payments, PSP/acquiring, banking, or another transaction-heavy environment will be highly relevant.
