We are looking for an Implementation Analyst to join our Product and Operations team. In this role, you will work with complex product catalogs and customer data, turning raw and unstructured information into accurate, structured data that can be used within our system.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and figuring out how different pieces of information fit together. You don’t need previous experience in architecture, construction, or implementation. We are primarily looking for strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.
Responsibilities * Work with complex customer product catalogs, often containing 10,000+ SKUs, different categories, types, and subtypes * Analyze, model, and organize raw customer data using Excel, Claude, and internal tools * Create and implement data conversions between different product catalogs * Configure and implement structured data in the Materialspace system * Test and validate data conversions to ensure they work correctly * Identify inconsistencies, missing information, and potential data quality issues * Work closely with the Product and Operations teams to resolve data-related challenges * Continuously improve data processing and implementation workflows
Requirements * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent attention to detail * Comfortable working with large and complex datasets * Strong Excel skills and confidence working with structured data * Ability to understand patterns, rules, relationships, and data hierarchies * Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly * Proactive approach and willingness to investigate problems independently * Experience with implementation or data migration is a plus * SQL knowledge is a plus * 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus, but previous professional experience is not required
