We are looking for a Data Visualization Specialist for our Data Science department — someone who turns complex, multidimensional datasets into clear decision-making tools, not just charts.
This role sits between data analysis, frontend visualization and information design. It is not a graphic-design role: you will work directly with structured data, APIs and analytical logic.

What you will do * Build interactive dashboards, charts, maps and analytical interfaces on real analytical datasets. * Turn complex data into clear comparisons, rankings, trends and decision-support views. * Choose the visualization type based on the analytical question, not on habit. * Work with analysts and data scientists to understand source data, calculations and assumptions. * Build reusable visualization components used across several DKG platforms. * Pull data from APIs, databases, Google Sheets and other structured sources. * Optimize performance for large datasets; test across devices and browsers. * Improve existing dashboards for readability, visual hierarchy and UX.
What we expect * A portfolio with real data visualization work (this is the main selection criterion). * Strong Python for data processing and visualization; confident Pandas. * Plotly, D3.js, ECharts, Vega/Vega-Lite or comparable tools. * Experience building interactive dashboards or web-based analytical applications. * Comfortable working with APIs and external data sources. * Understanding of visual hierarchy, information density and analytical storytelling. * Ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences. * Ability to learn unfamiliar industries, taxonomies and datasets independently. * English sufficient for daily written and spoken work in an international team.
