About the Role
Deep Knowledge Group is seeking a Business Development Manager focused specifically on commercializing the growing portfolio of practical Life Sciences and Longevity products developed through Longevity.Group.
This is not a conventional pharmaceutical or BioTech sales position.
The portfolio combines physical, digital, analytical and commercial products: Longevity Club and Banking Card, Gulf and regional HealthTech intelligence, diagnostics and biomarker intelligence, mLongevity, the Dubai Longevity Constellation, Longevity Blueprints, LBams/API-AMS and other practical longevity and human-performance projects.

The role is to convert selected parts of this portfolio into customers, paid pilots, commercial partners, licensing agreements, subscriptions, white-label relationships and other measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Build product-specific commercial pipelines across assigned Life Sciences/Longevity products.
* Identify the customers, decision-makers and partners with the highest probability of genuine demand.
* Develop clear commercial propositions around technically complex products.
* Approach corporations, investors, healthcare and wellness operators, clinics, developers, governments, financial institutions and other relevant counterparties.
* Lead discovery conversations and understand the operational/commercial problem the counterparty is trying to solve.
* Develop paid pilot, subscription, licensing, white-label, distribution or partnership structures.
* Prepare concise proposals, presentations and commercial follow-ups.
* Work with Product Development to improve products based on real customer feedback.
* Work with MarTech to create campaigns around specific commercial hypotheses.
* Maintain disciplined CRM and opportunity tracking.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities across the Longevity.Group ecosystem.
* Help distinguish products with near-term commercial potential from concepts that require further development.
* Support international commercialization, particularly in strategic markets such as the GCC.
Candidate Profile
A conventional BioTech or medical career is not required and is not automatically preferred.
We are primarily looking for a commercially strong, intellectually agile operator who can learn sophisticated Life Sciences and Longevity products rapidly without becoming constrained by established industry assumptions.
Candidates with direct experience in Longevity, HealthTech, quantified self, biohacking, human performance, IHHT/hypoxic training or adjacent practical-health ecosystems are particularly interesting where that experience is combined with real commercial execution.
Requirements
* 4+ years of B2B Business Development, partnerships, enterprise sales or commercialization experience.
* Demonstrable history of creating pipeline and closing real commercial opportunities.
* Ability to learn technically complex products quickly.
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Ability to create a commercial proposition rather than simply repeat marketing materials.
* Experience with CRM and full sales-cycle management.
* Strong written proposals and presentation skills.
* Strong practical AI literacy.
* Excellent English.
* High degree of autonomy.
Strong Advantages

* Experience with subscriptions, licensing, marketplaces, white-label or platform products.
* GCC/UAE network.
* Experience selling to clinics, corporate wellness programmes, investors, governments or HNW-focused services.

What Success Looks Like
Within the first months the role should produce qualified conversations and concrete commercial outcomes against named products, not only a generic Life Sciences contact database.
