About the role CHI Software is an 800+ engineer software company with clients including H&M, Vodafone, Blackstone, and TELUS. We have a strong outbound machine and now we’re building inbound from scratch.
We are looking for a Middle Inbound Content Manager to help us create, publish, and optimize high-quality content for our website. You’ll work closely with our SEO agency and internal marketing team to ensure every page is implemented according to SEO requirements and contributes to organic traffic growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured content operations and understands how content supports SEO and lead generation.
Responsibilities * Publish and maintain website content using WordPress. * Implement landing pages according to SEO briefs and technical requirements. * Work closely with our external SEO agency. * Execute content tasks based on detailed SEO specifications. * Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers. * Ensure proper page structure, metadata, internal linking, and formatting. * Monitor content quality and consistency across the website. * Update existing pages and optimize them based on SEO recommendations. * Support website content audits and ongoing optimization initiatives.
Requirements * 2–4+ years of experience as a Content Manager or similar role. * Strong experience with WordPress. * Experience collaborating with SEO agencies or SEO specialists. * Ability to work accurately following detailed technical briefs. * Understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals, including: * title tags * meta descriptions * heading hierarchy * internal linking * URL structure * image optimization * schema basics * Excellent attention to detail. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Good written English (B2+)
