One-V is a boutique WordPress agency working with startups and enterprises as a long-term delivery partner. We build everything from corporate websites to complex interactive platforms — and stay with clients long after launch.
Also One-V is expanding its new AI Automation service. We help businesses automate routine tasks, improve workflows, and implement practical AI solutions such as AI assistants, AI agents, process automations, and custom AI-powered tools.
We’re expanding and hiring a Project Manager. Proven PM experience delivering web projects is required; a hands-on WordPress background as a former WordPress developer is a strong plus.
At One-V, we’re looking to build a long-term partnership with a professional who shares our values of trust and mutual loyalty. With a team of fewer than 25, we care deeply about thoughtful and enjoyable everyday communication. What you’ll own You’re the person clients trust and developers rely on. Your job is to make projects predictable: clear scope, clean communication, no surprises. * On active projects — lead discovery, capture requirements, build estimates, coordinate the dev team, track progress, manage scope and risks, oversee QA and release. * On support — manage incoming tickets, assign resources, keep clients informed, escalate to full projects when needed.
Who you are You’ve shipped web projects end-to-end and have the scars to prove it. You’re structured but not rigid. You communicate clearly in writing and don’t avoid hard conversations with clients. You understand how websites are built — not because you need to write code, but because you need to catch problems before developers do. AI as a tool — not a replacement for thinking We’re happy if you use AI to work faster — for docs, communication, or routine tasks. But we’re not looking for PMs whose main skill is writing a good prompt. You make the decisions, not the AI. You review everything it produces — requirements, estimates, client emails — and own the result. “The AI wrote it” is never an excuse for a wrong scope or a missed deadline. Requirements One of the following: * 3+ years as a Project Manager in a web agency or studio, managing client-facing web development projects from discovery to launch * OR: Technical background in web development (3+ years as a developer, team lead, or QA) — you understand how projects are built from the inside, you’ve taken ownership of team coordination and client communication, and you’re ready to fully move into a PM role and grow into it.
Advanced English B2+ required. Client communication is in English.
This is NOT for you if: * You managed tasks internally as a developer — without client communication or project ownership — and consider it a full PM experience * You prefer having your processes set up for you — we’re a small team and we’re looking for someone who can organize themselves * You’re more comfortable with async communication and tend to avoid live client calls * For you, PM is mostly about coordination and tracking rather than driving projects to results
