Redtag is growing, and we’re looking for a Recruiter to strengthen our People team. You’ll run full-cycle hiring — mostly technical roles (Salesforce development) and partly business positions — and become one of the first faces of the company for our candidates.
Requirements: * 1.5 — 2,5 years of full-cycle IT recruiting experience * Confident sourcing of technical roles: LinkedIn (Recruiter / Sales Navigator), Djinni, DOU, Boolean / X-ray search * Experience owning the full funnel: intake with the hiring manager → sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer * Hands-on experience with an ATS or structured candidate trackers * English from Intermediate (B1+) — for communication with candidates and English-speaking stakeholders * Structured, proactive, accountable for results, and disciplined with data hygiene
Will be a plus: * Experience hiring Salesforce / CRM / enterprise development roles * Background in IT consulting, outsourcing, or outstaffing * Basic understanding of the tech stack and roles within development teams * Involvement in employer branding activities * Experience working with international markets (EU, US)
What you’ll do: * Run full-cycle hiring for technical and business roles * Actively source candidates across all relevant channels * Conduct screening calls and initial candidate assessment * Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and keep the process moving * Maintain a clean funnel in the ATS and track metrics (time-to-hire, stage-to-stage conversion) * Own the candidate experience across all stages * Take part in employer branding initiatives together with the team * Support market research and salary benchmarking
