Now our team has a position for Sales Manager / Lead Generation Specialist (IT Outsourcing).
Requirements: * Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, SDR, or Business Development is a strong plus, but we are also open to candidates without prior experience; * Good written and spoken English skills (B1+/B2 preferred); * Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset; * Experience with outbound sales activities and prospecting; * Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Nice to have: * Experience with HubSpot; * Experience with Instantly or similar cold email platforms; * LinkedIn prospecting and lead research experience; * Cold Email Outreach experience; * LinkedIn Outreach experience; * Experience generating meetings for sales teams; * Previous experience in IT Outsourcing, Software Development, or IT Services sales.
Your responsibilities will be: * Identify and connect with potential clients across the US and Europe; * Conduct outbound prospecting activities through email, LinkedIn, and other channels; * Research and qualify leads; * Generate meetings and opportunities for the sales team; * Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales tools; * Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
