Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech SaaS helping companies take control of their business spending — from vendor negotiations to corporate payments, all in one platform. We’re scaling globally and building a product that finance teams actually love to use.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to own our neobanking product growth — someone who sees every customer interaction as an opportunity and knows how to turn real insights into real tactics. This is not a traditional marketing role. It sits at the intersection of customer success, product thinking, and growth — and it’s a rare chance to shape something from the ground up.
What You’ll Do: * Talk to customers regularly — run discovery calls, user interviews, and feedback sessions to deeply understand who they are and what they need * Spot patterns in support flows, bug reports, and user friction — and turn them into actionable product and marketing opportunities * Work with the product team to find activation and retention levers that move the needle on user growth * Feed the paid acquisition team with real customer language, use cases, and objections that sharpen ad creatives and landing pages * Help build a community around the product — engage users on relevant channels and turn advocates into an organic growth asset
What We’re Looking For: * 1–3 years in marketing, growth, or customer-facing roles — SaaS or fintech background is a plus, not a must * You’re curious about people: you ask good questions, listen well, and can synthesise what you hear into clear insights * You’re comfortable with data — you can read campaign metrics, spot patterns, and connect qualitative signals to quantitative outcomes * You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as a regular part of your workflow * Strong written and verbal English — you’ll be representing the company in customer conversations and community spaces
Nice to Have: * Experience with HubSpot * Any community building experience * Familiarity with fintech, payments, or banking products
Why Join Us: * Real ownership from day one — this is not a support role, your work will directly influence product and growth decisions * You’ll learn fast: direct exposure to paid, product-led, and community growth in one role * Flat structure, no micromanagement — we care about output, not optics * Paid vacation and sick leave * Online medical consultations * A product that’s genuinely solving a real problem for real businesses
