The Fourth Law / TFL / Четвертий Закон is an autonomous robotics company focused on solving massively scalable autonomy for defensive FPV drones. The company has offices in the US, EU and Ukraine and is on a mission to increase the defensive capabilities of the Free World. Its name is a reference to Isaac Asimov’s three laws of robotics and the search for an enigmatic Fourth Law.
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in game development or simulation systems, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. * Extensive experience with programming languages such as C++, Python, or C#. * Strong hands-on experience with Unreal Engine and/or Unity tools. * Deep understanding of physics, particle systems, and real-time dynamics. * Proven ability to optimize performance and solve complex technical challenges. * Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
Nice to Have: * Expertise in fluid, rigid, or soft body simulations. * Knowledge of procedural content generation and behavioral AI. * Experience with cloud-based or distributed simulations. * Familiarity with autonomous systems or robotics applications.
Responsibilities: * Lead the development and maintenance of simulation tools for robotics and drone systems. * Debug, test, and optimize simulations for performance, reliability, and real-time dynamics. * Build and improve simulation systems for physics, AI, and dynamic environments. * Drive the exploration of innovative technologies such as procedural generation and AI-driven simulations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation capabilities with other system components. * Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of simulation engineers, ensuring high standards of code quality, collaboration, and innovation.
