For our client, a product company operating in the USA sweepstakes lead-generation vertical, we are looking for a Head of Growth (remote).
Role Overview: We have recently developed and launched our own USA-focused sweepstakes lead-generation product and are now seeking a senior growth leader to scale it to the next level. This role is designed for a hands-on operator with strong commercial instincts, capable of owning growth, partnerships, and monetization end-to-end. You will work closely with the founder in a lean, fast-moving environment, supported by established IT, finance, and operational infrastructure. In addition to scaling the current product, you will play a key role in launching future white-hat lead-generation verticals including Legal, Medicare, and Home Improvement.
Key Responsibilities: • Scale the existing USA sweepstakes lead-generation product profitably. • Build and manage list monetization strategies, including direct deals, CPL/CPA partnerships, and hybrid models. • Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate and media-buying partners. • Optimize revenue per lead (RPL), lead quality, and lifetime value (LTV). • Develop and manage advertiser, network, and data buyer relationships. • Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and performance-based agreements. • Collaborate with IT and tracking teams to optimize funnels, attribution, and reporting. • Oversee lead quality control, compliance processes, and performance analysis. • Establish scalable SOPs for growth, partnerships, and operations. • Support the rollout of future white-hat lead-generation verticals (Legal, Medicare, Home Improvement).
Required Skills: • Proven experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing (USA market preferred). • Strong background in sweepstakes, CPL, or data-driven acquisition models. • Deep understanding of list monetization, traffic quality, and partner management. • Commercially driven with the ability to own revenue outcomes. • Comfortable operating in a founder-led, high-ownership environment. • Hands-on mindset combined with strategic vision. • English: B2+ (spoken & written) — negotiations and communication with US partners/advertisers.
Nice to Have: • Experience scaling white-hat lead-generation verticals. • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations. • Existing network of affiliates, advertisers, or media buyers.
