For our client, a product company operating in the USA sweepstakes lead-generation vertical, we are looking for a BizDev (remote).
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and scale our US-focused sweepstakes lead-generation business. This role requires strong knowledge of tracking, CPL economics, reporting, traffic quality, and advertiser relationship management. You will work closely with a lean, fast-moving team and collaborate with IT/tracking and operational functions to ensure stable lead volume, high performance, and compliant traffic.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize US sweepstakes lead-generation campaigns. • Monitor CPL, EPC, ROI, margins, and lead volume stability. • Analyze daily and weekly performance reports and make data-driven decisions. • Ensure high-quality, compliant traffic and stable delivery.
Tracking & Reporting: • Work with tracking platforms such as RedTrack, Binom, or Keitaro. • Validate pixels, postbacks, and S2S tracking. • Investigate discrepancies across data sources and ensure reporting accuracy.
Client & Advertiser Management: • Act as the primary point of contact for US advertisers. • Manage offer onboarding, caps, and payouts. • Build and maintain long-term, transparent client relationships.
Compliance & Quality: • Ensure compliance with US sweepstakes regulations. • Monitor lead validation and rejection reasons, improve quality, and reduce invalid rates.
Required Skills: • Proven experience in US sweepstakes lead generation. • Strong understanding of CPL-based performance models. • Hands-on experience with tracking and reporting tools. • Ability to interpret performance data and drive measurable results. • English: B2 (spoken & written) — daily communication with US advertisers + occasional calls.
