Role
We are hiring a hands-on SEO & Performance Marketing Lead to own the full digital marketing stack.
You will be responsible for strategy, execution, tooling, vendors, tracking, and spend efficiency across all channels. This role has real decision-making authority and clear performance accountability.
Responsibilities * Own lead generation for: * ABA parent intake * RBT / BCBA recruitment * Run and optimize: * Google Ads (Search, Local) * Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) * Recruiting platforms (Indeed, etc.) * Build and maintain local SEO (technical, on-page, GBP, location pages) * Own website conversion paths and funnels * Implement and maintain analytics & attribution (GA4, conversions, pixels) * Track and report cost per lead, cost per hire, and conversion rates * Own all marketing tools, accounts, access, and documentation * Select, manage, or replace agencies and freelancers * Use AI tools daily to improve ads, SEO, analysis, and workflows * Build scalable systems for geographic expansion
Requirements * Strong experience with performance marketing and SEO * Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience (local services) * Experience with geo-based / multi-location marketing * Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics * Ability to manage budgets and reduce wasted spend * Practical, advanced use of AI tools in marketing * Ability to work independently and make decisions * Good written English
