Academy SMART invites Sales Development Representative to join our team.
Requirements: * Minimum 2-3 years of experience as outbound LeadGen / SDR * Software development lifecycle understanding * Excellent English level (Upper-Intermediate minimum) — speaking and writing * Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot, Zoho etc), Sales Navigator, prospecting tools (Apollo, PhantomBuster etc) * Cold calling experience * Proactivity, initiative, responsibility, self-organization * Ability to process big amounts of data according to the given requirements * Good team player that works on the one big goal achievement
Responsibilities: * Targeted Prospecting: Use tools like Sales Navigator or Apollo to build high-quality lists based on our ICP * Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone, book call with relevant prospects * CRM Management: Maintain existing leads database, register new leads and keep the platform up to date * Campaign Optimization: A/B tests, scripts development and review, conversion rates tracking and optimization * Collaboration: Work closely Sales team to achieve defined KPIs and monthly / quarterly / annual goals
Will be a plus: * EdTech / eLearning industry understanding * Social media marketing * Client-facing communication experience (pre-qualifying calls)
