What You’ll Be Working On: as an Automation Developer, you will be at the forefront of identifying, evaluating, and implementing automation opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: * Independently analyzing and automating processes within client teams, delivering automation solutions with measurable ROI. * Leading automation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment, coordinating with cross-functional teams. * Conducting feasibility studies (PoC) and risk assessments for automation opportunities. * Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of automation workflows. * Mentoring junior developers, offering guidance and technical support. * Working with diverse RPA tools, ensuring automation solutions are scalable and efficient. * Ensuring knowledge of automation governance, security, and best practices.
About You — Preferred Requirements for This Role: to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: * Fluency in English with excellent communication skills. * Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA development, using tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate or others. * Intermediate Python proficiency: Ability to create more complex scripts from scratch, handle API integrations, use libraries such as Pandas for data manipulation, and develop automation solutions that interact with external systems. * Experience with process analysis, RPA solution design, and implementation of advanced workflows. * Proficiency in using Python for handling JSON, XML, and integrating with web services. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control (Git). * Familiarity with cloud services and the integration of automation tools in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). * Experience in leading middle to large-scale automation projects and working closely with senior management. * Ability to identify process inefficiencies and present automation opportunities to key stakeholders. * Familiarity with Artificial intelligence technology and infrastructure is also expected.
