We are looking for a Product Marketing Analyst to join our Mobile&Web Apps team and help turn raw data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to analyze trends, track performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited about solving problems through data.
Responsibilities * Collect, clean, and validate marketing and product performance data from multiple sources, including product usage analytics, campaign data, and financial reports. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, retention, and ROI. * Calculate and interpret core business metrics — including churn rate, payback period, and funnel efficiency — to guide data-driven marketing and product decisions. * Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights that inform marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and product positioning. * Support A/B tests, funnel optimization, and growth experiments by analyzing results and identifying key performance drivers. * Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketers, and engineers to define analytics requirements and ensure data accessibility. * Conduct trend and predictive analyses to forecast marketing performance and identify emerging opportunities for growth. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and data governance standards.
Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. * Experience: Proven experience as a Product Marketing Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a web or mobile consumer app environment, primarily within the B2C segment. * Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and performance measurement across campaigns and channels. * Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). * Data Fluency: Proficiency in SQL and strong command of Excel or equivalent analytical tools. * Growth & Experimentation: Practical experience with growth marketing concepts, funnel analysis, and optimization experiments. * ETL & Data Pipelines: Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes for managing large datasets from multiple sources. * Communication: Ability to translate data insights into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
