Technical Requirements * 5+ years of professional 3D art experience in game development * Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or equivalent) * Expert knowledge of texturing workflows (Substance Painter, Substance Designer, or equivalent) * Experience with Unity engine and understanding of Unity’s material and shader systems * Strong understanding of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows * Knowledge of optimization techniques for real-time rendering (LODs, texture compression, polygon budgets) * Experience with UV mapping, baking, and asset pipeline optimization * Understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling in 3D environments * Familiarity with modern AI techniques and generative AI tools relevant to 3D art (e.g., AI-assisted texture generation, procedural modeling tools, AI upscaling, AI concept art generation) * Experience using AI tools to enhance and accelerate 3D art workflows * Understanding of how AI can be integrated into traditional 3D art pipelines
