We are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to build and manage a consistent inbound and outbound lead flow via Upwork and LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate has proven B2B lead generation experience in the US, EU, and Canada markets, hands-on expertise with Upwork and/or LinkedIn, strong analytical skills, and a creative, data-driven approach to pipeline generation and optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesUpwork Lead Generation & Account Growth * Independently search for and identify potential clients on Upwork, pre-qualifying job posts based on company criteria and ICP. * Write customized cover letters and proposals that address client needs and clearly differentiate our offering. * Develop, test, and optimize bidding strategies to maximize win rates. * Manage and optimize multiple Upwork profiles to improve visibility, ranking, and conversion. * Run A/B tests on proposals, messaging, and positioning. * Maintain Top Rated / high-credibility status through timely communication, high-quality engagement, and positive client reviews. * Track performance metrics and continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
LinkedIn & Outbound Prospecting * Identify and research potential clients in US and EU markets using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, and other prospecting tools. * Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and relevant channels. * Craft, test, and iterate personalized outreach messages to maximize response and engagement rates. * Work with CRM systems (HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive or similar) to manage, track, and report on leads. * Qualify leads and pass them to the Sales team with clear context regarding ICP fit and opportunity potential.
Important Notes * No closing responsibilities. * This is a research-driven, pipeline-building role focused on lead generation and qualification. * No hard selling.
Candidate Requirements * 1+ year of relevant experience (candidates without prior experience may also be considered) * Strong communication skills * Upper-Intermediate English or higher, both written and spoken * Hands-on experience working with Upwork * Experience with CRM systems and building outbound campaigns in a LinkedIn-driven environment
